Close enough to bustling Sirmione where you can enjoy the sights when you wish. The pool was well-maintained, and my kids loved the free bikes, which we used to explore the area. The decor felt slightly outdated.

Units in the lounge area along with free wifi. A sofa bed, central heating, and a coffee/tea maker were nice.

It had reasonably large and spotless room with an exceptionally comfortable bed for great nights sleep. The location for Sirmione was good, just next door to the Residence Nuove Terme, the centre of Sirmione and the more touristy areas. I was surprised at nearby Caffe Centrale, they had some goodies, drinks...

The apartment was immaculate, with a sparkling clean kitchen fully stocked with utensils perfect for family meals. I loved the spacious outdoor area where we enjoyed dining al fresco in the evenings. Flavio.

The distance to Sirmione Central might require a lengthy trek!!! Minor maintenance issues like clogged shower drains need attention!!! Noise from nearby roads can disrupt your tranquility!!!

The pool was nice and the closeness to the lake, without beeing at the lakeside.

20 minutes walk to the public beach and about 45 minutes walk to the historic center of Sirmione, not really wiiling staff in the reception

The pool was amazing! 🌊 Our apartment was spacious and very clean, and we loved the thoughtful touches like milk and coffee. Only downside was the mosquitoes in the garden. it was a fantastic stay!

Excellent people and service, they made the necessary to make agreeable our stay. Residence comfortable, based in the center of the city and near all commercial centers and restaurants.

The residence is great and nice, very clean and staff oversome. It is located just about 10 km to Gardaland park. I would recommend it and I will definetly return to there.

The so-called 'private garden' was infested with mosquitoes, ruining my stay that I almost gave a good review. The bed was firm, and I couldn't help but wonder if they even care about comfort! A welcome gift would ve been nice, but I guess some guests aren't special enough for that.

Everything is clean, all kitchen equipment is available. Very positive is that rooms are completely separated and one can use the toilet without bothering the other (very seldom the case). Very friendly owner, you get all the info you need from him. Penny supermarket, bus stops to Sirmione and Verona are very near.

Do not forget to take anything against small flies.

We had a spacious 1 bedroom apartment which was great with 2 teenage kids. Bedding and towels were provided with a full apartment clean midweek. The terrace was big and enjoyed morning sun and afternoon shade-at the back if this is important to you! The owner and his wife were very helpful and kind, every question was dealt with immediately. Our questions about Venice resulted in a full itinerary/info sheet being produced for the benefit of all guests. It is a 5 minute walk to the shores of lake Garda with beaches, pedalos and cafes. The free bicycles make it a 15 min flat cycle ride along the lake into the centre of the old town. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are all a 5min walk away. Swimming pool was very clean and we never struggled to get a sunbed. Loved it here, would go again!
